The Big Event
THE BIG EVENT PACKAGE GIVES YOU EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE TOTAL RANCH FACILITIES FOR A WEEKEND.
The Big Event is designed for the most memorable wedding weekend your guests will ever experience. Come in on Friday to make a few final touches in the party barn for your reception, and then invite your closest friends and family to stay the weekend in one of our twelve guest rooms you have chosen just for them. The first floor has two rooms comfortable for anyone, from guests with small children to guests who like to be handy to everything going on. Six rooms on the second floor open to our most comfortable sitting area. Our third floor rooms have whirlpool baths and fireplaces. Twelve enchanting rooms await you, friends and family.
Choose a dinner from our dining menu for your rehearsal dinner, which our chef will prepare for your enjoyment after your rehearsal in the garden area or great room and toured the ranch by a tractor pulled hayride. The morning of your wedding starts when you are ready! We have coffee out early and a breakfast to get you through the day at your designated time. Lunch for you’re over night guests is included with the Big Event. There is always something to snack on with snack areas and stocked refrigerators on the first and third floors.
We will set up chairs either at the prairie garden or in our great room, along with a garden social with lemonade and ice water to welcome your guests. The garden social starts just an hour before your wedding, when your guests begin to arrive. After signing your guests book and having some refreshing lemonade your guests stroll to the prairie garden to sit under the canopy of trees as the bison graze nearby while they wait for your wedding ceremony to begin.
We are there to make your wedding reception everything you can imagine. Each wedding we have is as unique as the venue you have chosen at the Circle S Ranch and Country Inn.
Our experienced staff can make your special event at the ranch effortless, from entertaining your wedding party on Friday night with a hayride and bonfire to working with your vendors to make your special day go smooth, to catering your meals and wedding reception. Once you check in on Friday you can enjoy the weekend from Friday afternoon through a leisurely Sunday morning. Take the time to enjoy this special event in your life by being with your closet friends and family while we take care of you. PACKAGE COST:
HIGH SEASON: MAY, JUNE, SEPTEMBER, and OCTOBER - $8,650
OFF SEASON: APRIL, JULY, AUGUST, NOVEMBER - $7,250
WINTER SEASON DECEMBER THRU MARCH - $4,950
Note: Standard Big Event package cost includes over night rooms, wedding and reception areas, tables and chairs for up to 200* guests with setup and breakdown but does not include linens, catering, alcohol, and 6.3% tax and 18% service fee. Winter wedding Big Events maybe limited to 120 guests for your wedding and 200 for your reception.
*More guests may be accommodated for a fee.
