Circle S Ranch Wedding Policies
Circle S provides lunch or dinner at an additional cost to our package price.
All alcohol must be purchased through Circle S Ranch. Bartenders are required a minimum of three (3) hours. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at anytime.
All wedding packages are subject to tax and gratuity, and are subject to change without notice. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Overnight guests can check-in as your individual package states, and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Advertised prices are subject to change and availability.
Smoking is prohibited in the Inn.
All food must be purchased through the Circle S Ranch. Please see our Catering menus for details or call the ranch.
Customer shall be solely responsible for the loss of personal property or equipment brought into the Inn by the customer or his or her guests. Customer also shall be responsible for any and all damages to any room caused by the customer, or his or her guests or agents, including but not limited to third party agents.
